This Original painting is depicting ‘DawsonRiver Kelpies’ Mother and son team with a young bull calf…teaching him the ropes!
I am so lucky that Nicky Lorimer grants me permission to use her amazing photos from her Facebook and Instagram page called DawsonRiver Kelpies. This awesome image just took my breath away and I just had to have a go at painting it …I must say I am so so happy with the end product! There is a lot of added texture within the background, sand ,plus little rocks stuck on to create an even more impressive dust!
The painted canvas is 122cms x 91 cms (48″x36″) and has been framed with a stunning wooden frame to just finish the whole painting off beautifully, which you see pictured below.. The overall measurement of the framed painting is 136 cm x 106 cm or 54″ x 42″.
