I really love this image. I was inspired by a gorgeous photo from Miss Grey Photography, her page now is Teesh at @Pilbara working dogs. I have had it stashed away in my photo folder named “To Do” … for a few years, but it popped up the other day and I am so glad it did, because it is a wonderful image and I so thoroughly enjoyed creating it, feeling the light-hearted emotions in the moment and translating them onto a raw linen canvas measuring 61cmx91.5cm or 24″x36″.
The colours are so rich and true, and I feel that I could put my hand on his nose and feel the the wet coldness !
