This painting I painted as a challenge to myself, the image absolutely fascinated me, the way the fox was captured from behind, unaware … or is he?… and I wanted to put my own spin on it and create a very special piece of art that would intrigue viewers and want to look closer. Using the strong, pure colours to capture this beautiful, yet cunning fellow, I feel the contrasts do him justice to create a lovely piece of art.
The canvas measures 76cm x 51cm x 4cm and is unframed, but the painting is taken down the sides, so is ready to hang as is.
