This painting was inspired by a photo taken by Karen Broemmelsick, and my aim was to capture the high emotion of the moment, the horses character and movement, using a very simple palette of colours.
Original size is 46cm x 61cm x 4cm 18″x 24″ and has been beautifully framed, see photo in gallery. The overall measurement with frame is 53cm x 69cm x 6cm
