This artwork was done using charcoal on a gessoed wood panel and then sealed. The effect is quite stunning, very simple but mesmerising at the same time. Zebras have always intrigued me and I must admit I have always wanted to challenge myself to drawing them, and when I finally did I found that all those lines are very, very confusing! ..ha ha I had to keep taking breaks to re focus my eyes.
The wood panel measures 61 cm x 46 cm or 24″ x 18″ and is ready to hang . There are no reproductions of this painting ,so it is a ‘One of a kind’ piece of artwork.
