This original has SOLD, is an oil painting done on a stretched raw linen canvas 61 cm x 46 cm or 24″ x 18″. I left the beautiful raw linen as the background as I didn’t want to take away from the beautiful connection I wanted to portray between the mother and her calf. It is an oil painting from a very limited palette and creates a feeling of peace, closeness and maternal love.
It is framed with a lovely simple raw wood floating frame that has been finished in danish wax. The frame gives the picture space and yet finishes it perfectly. The overall measurement of the framed painting is 51 cm x 65 cm or 20″ x 26″.
